Help! My tie is trying to kill me!

Please don't hurt me.
Anyway, I am hoping to start writing somethiung new. I will need a few people to give me permission to use them. Not there characters, them. And they can do magic, or something else, but nothng extreme. I don't want them to be able to control the universe.
Now, not all of you can be in it. Don't be offended if I don't choose you, it's just I don't think you'll fit into my story.
For people who want to join, I'll need the standand OC. Name, age, power, history, personality, yada yada yada. Not many people are in it, so be warned.
Also, anyone who gives me permission to kill them of would be helpful. Nothing personal, it's just it be better for the story. And just because you give me permission doesn't make you go in automaticly (though it would help your chances), and it doesn't mean i will kill you. It means I might.
So come one folks. Help me out. If you don't, I'll have to make up characters, and that'll be messy.
Peace out.

Movies

I have seen two movies recently. Hunger Games and Hugo. Hunger Games was a fast-paced, action packed movie that left me on the edge of my seat. The violence was a little to up close and personal for my liking, but a brilliant movie I have to say.
Hugo was quite the opposite. A small film that I was thoroughly surprised with. I went to see it with me expectations lowered, but by the end I loved it. Maybe not for the tastes for everyone, but I was captured by it. My only regret was that I didn't see it earlier, since this was the last day where I live. Many of the people who read this may not like it, but if I were you, I'd see it. It has to be seen at the movies for you to capture it all.
Both were great films. However, if pushed, I'd have to give it to Hugo. Many of you would be surprised, and before I watched it, I would have joined you in throwing rotten fruit. That's why I removed all rotten fruit and had you searched for anything that could be thrown as you entered. I noticed that many of you had pocket knifes. I will keep those.
Anyway, maybe it's because it was more innocent, or maybe because I've read the Hunger Games books and knew what to expect, or maybe I'm moon mad. But I did enjoy Hugo more. For those of you who haven't seen Hunger Games or Hugo... what is wrong with you. I wouldn't expect many of you to see Hugo, but who in their right mind... in their mind wouldn't see Hunger Games? Anyway, here's a quick thing about them:
Hunger Games is based in a futuristic America where 12 districts are ruled by the capitol. After a war where 13 districts rose up against the capitol, and the capitol won, destroying district 13 in the war, the capitol decides to teach the 12 remaining districts a lesson by getting two of their children aged between 12 and 18 to fight in a death match, called the Hunger Games. This story is based on Katniss, who has to play in this years Hunger Games.
Hugo isn't anything quite so dark. Based in France, quite a few years ago (It didn't say when, STOP NAGGING ME!) around when the first movies were being made. Hugo is a boy who lives in the train station alone, stealing to get by. The only thing he knows how to do is fix mechanical things, so he works with the clocks in the train station (the job is actually his uncles, but he isn't there, he left some time ago). The boy as this mechanical toy man, who he has been working on for some time. He steals parts to fix it, and is one day caught by a shopkeeper. The shopkeeper takes the boy's notebook, which is full of designs and information about the mechanical man, and says he will burn it.
I'm not doing a very good job describing Hugo, because it's a hard movie to explain without giving anything away. There's also a guard who picks up stray boys and puts them in the orphanage.
I'm not doing it justice, but It's a good movie. I find it weird that the French people have American accents, but hey, screw gravity
I give Hunger Games 4 stars, and Hugo 4 and a Half stars
