Well, as I just found out, I'm going for a while
Just a few days. I'm leaving tomorrow to go to my Aunt's, at Anglesea (spelling might be a little off). It's a beach town, small, about two hours from where I live. It's winter, so I don't think I'll be going to the beach, but whatever.
I'll be mostly reading, which is okay except I have no idea what to read, because 3 days of nothing but reading means I'll get through about... seven books? Nine? I dunno.
No wireless internet up there. My aunt has a computer, and there's a small chance I'll be allowed on. But the chance is so small I wouldn't count on it. I wouldn't bet a dollar on it. Not a ten cent piece. So, don't count on it. Even if I do get on, it's only to check email.
I'm happy about going, so don't make it out like I'm being forced. It's just I'm sick, and my email will pile up now I've got the Competition, and... Well, I like being here
Last time I was gone, you were all running around like headless chickens. So, you know, calm down. I'll be fine, unless I'm in a horrible accident. If I'm not back by Friday, you are allowed to panic. (Oh, and with the comp, I know when I get an email, so don't think you can fool me.)

ReplyDeleteI just started reading the Dark Tower series and it's pretty good.
I'm not a horror/thriller fan so I haven't read too many of his other books but my mum says they're mostly really good and I've heard a lot of good things about The Stand.
Anyway that's just my advice. Have fun too!
